Hi there

I noticed that the bot always goes back to the Aetheryte between Fates, even if another Fate is nearby to the one that has just finished.

Is there a way to stop it?

try setevacpoint in a spot you want it to go after each fate
If another fate is up that meets the settings you put in and isnt black listed then it will go fate to fate. If you put 1% then it will go to the evac point untill its able to go to that fate
Well couldn't it be possible for the bot to stay where the current fate finished until an other one appear ?

In the past, the bot matched the behaviour as described in your first sentence. But the behaviour has changed after one of the recent updates, and now it always goes back to the Aetheryte between Fates, even if another one is nearby regardless of the type of fate.

I have not set a percentage in any of the settings, except for escort and gather fates. Gather is unticked and escort is set at 2%.

Is it possible for the bot to wait at, or nearby to, where the current fate finished until another fate appears, like Nanquitas was asking?

Indeed i think that if the bot stay where the current fate finished it'll be more safe and more acting like a human being.
Plus it'll also be more efficient.

Actually for the bot being efficient i need to let him kill all the nearby mobs between fate but i think it's too obvious that every time the fate is finished, my character attack a whatever mob being there in less of a second.

Oh and is it possible to make some priority for fate ?
ex: Actually the bot go to the nearest fate no matter for time remaining or percent complete (except with the percent setting but it's not efficient that way).

Maybe if the bot can prioritize a fate for the remaining time and / or the percent completed this would be more smart and more safer again.
i think its less acting like a human being standing where the fate ended. People always go back to a "centeral" town area of the map to wait for fates to spawn . they dont jsut stand where the last fate finished.

This is how the fate bot works and ive been leveing via fates on a bunch of accoutns getting all combat classes to 50.

From evac point fate spawns bot runs to fate, fate completes.

If there are any fates currently active that are not A) Black listed, B) waiting on a completion will run directly to the next fate.

If ther are no other active fates or all active fates are A) Blisted, B) have a % completion set, it will run to the evac point and wait.

Now if you are a level 50 character and you are having to SYNC for fates, once the fate ends and you unsynced you HP may be dropping below your "flee" % thus running to the evac spot.
Since one of the recent updates, the bot no longer flees at the end of fate even when the hp is low, it just calls the mount and goes back to the Aetheryte, then comes out again when there is another fate.

I agree with Nanquitas that it is not natural to go back to the Aetheryte all the time. If I want to catch fate bots, that's the place I will go.

How do we set an alternative evac point, like Mutantx mentioned?

yes the bot has ALWAYS gone to the evac point when there are no other fates. you just click the
set evac point button. Everyone goes back to town, maybe not the Aetheryte but EVERYONE goes back to town to wait for the next fate to spawn. Aetheryte is the default evac point.... so if you dont want to go back there just change it.

I personally use the bot only for leveling via fate, before i have spent days doing it "by hand" with other players and trust me when a real player do fate farming he most often do something aside like watching a movie or else, watching the map for a fate pop.
So he stay where the fate finished (except if there is mob attacking) but definitely not going back to town every time, it's a huge waste of time and really boring to travel for nothing.
