I bought a second keycode and activated it for my second computer, however, in the Keycodes section of the launcher there is nothing in the "Connected Accounts" column.

On my first computer it shows one keycode with a connected account, but on my other computer it doesn't show connected on either keycode. There is no option for me to attach to the game because of this.

Both computers are running Windows 10 with no overlays and have the directx runtimes installed. (I have tried running it in compatibility modes and without as well)

The only keycode that shows as connected on my keycodes list in the launcher is the first one on my first computer.

I've restarted, reinstalled, logged in, and reupdated many times.

because the keycode is not connected on that computer...... ofc it doesnt say its connected. you just have to know to use the 2nd one.
