My assist keeps teleporting me to Western Than for some reason and seems really buggy in combat when in duty where I have to disable/enable every time I want to start combat?
Assist works fine here, I think you have the assist window open but are in another mode, if I was to guess.

Nuh, I dunno why but it wasn't liking sellout... They were all disabled but it kept making it teleport for some reason. Just took it off for a bit till I need it again.
