My Windows Defender out of the blue gave me a warning just now. It says that MinionLauncher_64.exe  has a trojan: Win32/Zpevdo.A

Can someone clarify for me so I know whether to blow it away or not?

False positive. Most "injection" type cheats have a false positive because they "attach" to another application, thus most antiviruses pick it up as a threat. Ignore it.
