Eureka Pagos came out today, but the skill profiles do not appear to be functioning inside. Not sure what is causing this issue, all dps skill profiles still work outside of eureka pagos. 
Thought I would give the heads up thanks!

Probably the skills you have on that profile have a min lvl configured that do not correspond to the lvl in Eureka. For example you may have a skill that unlocks at lvl50, but in eureka you are lvl20

Use the skill manager and edit de skill you need to Level >= 0
