Hello I am new and have a question about the "Hacks" tab in advanced settings. Currently using Latty 1-50 questing and under Hacks it has the skip dialogue and skip cutscene. Is it risky to have those turned on?

It's a hack, but not really risky.
Just dont teleport.

Not that I know of. as long as you don't tell anyone in game you're using it.
It should be relatively safe.
