Ok now i feel so stupid.....
What did i do??? don't know. but did a full new install Win 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 and all worked out of the box.
Strange.. but all thx for support and hint where to look, but it might not been any of the above possible hints where to look. as none fixed it.
I decided todo full new install this morning after trying everything in my book.
But i think something just broke in my windows, what only have effect on FFXIVminion. Did a backtrace to where it might come from even that didn't help.
But it's working now :P
So i still have the question, what, why and how it broke on me.. but that's my problem :P
