You need to set up the bot for you char to shows up. Did you do that ?

I have set up the bot by adding the username and password, and activated.

Hum, that's really strange, you should not have 2 default channels.
It's like you validated your account twice.
I deleted one, can you try again please ?

Sometimes when you close your game the connection remains. Try to close the MinionApp and if it's still don't work reboot your computer.
I will look if there is another issue that could cause this.
