I know this is a sense and not an assister thread but I wanted to add this here in case anyone stumbled across my question needing something similar.
Andrews solution is exactly what I was looking for, however the detect_action value is no longer correct for Shifu. I modified it to 7479 so that the flank warning will work, then removed the sound and added the images so it didn't mess with the more important sense warnings I get in raids.
