New Updates, New Addon - Ace - 07-20-2015 Some of you will notice that there has been a new mandatory addon added to FFXIV. You must make sure this addon is installed, as it will contain necessary data that contains some proprietary data mining that includes API items for: AutoEquip, all items, including 3.01 patch. Avoidance, including new techniques, better positioning, and 3.0 spells from mobs. Huntlog handling updates. Auto quest rewards, requiring no user interaction to select the proper item for a class (or money). Weather predictions for most areas, including current and next cycle weather. The main bot will incorporate some of these items as of the next lua update (along with a lot of other features), and more to come in the future as well. As a reminder, if you haven't viewed the updated SkillManager [beta] thread here, you need to do so ASAP, as this will become the live version of SkillManager soon. In the upcoming update aside from the above mentioned: Improved handling for FATE chains, more options, smoother escorts. Many new options on markers for Fishing/Gathering, and updated handling, including a new marker mode for handling HW nodes called "Marker Team". Advanced Options section in the Settings menu, first inclusions are Stealth Detect Range, and Stealth Remove Range. More options will be brought to this menu as they are required/requested. OMC updates, improving some general navigation behavior. As always, with massive changes sometimes comes unexpected behavior that we have not accounted for, and although we do test updates, inevitably you guys come up with circumstances that we can't foresee, so post issues in support threads. Just make sure you do your due diligence in trying to solve your own problems first so that we can spend less time on support and more time on continuing to build new improvements (more massive updates around the corner).
