I have tried this lua over 10 times, never completed early on accident. it works great.
Craftmanship: 1024 (143 carefull synthesis II)

Tested on one duration of food, seems to work well. The only thing I noticed is that after maybe after an Excellent Byregot's, it'll stall and won't complete the last CS2 and had to manually press it myself but otherwise worked great with 999 Craftsmanship progressing at 139 per CS2. Not sure if it would do that consistently since it was the only time I noticed it stopped (might have proceeded with other synths) nor can I find any reason it wouldn't do so in the Skill Manager but it was well within finishing at the last CS2; every other craft was smooth.

Updated main post, includes 470 CP version of 4 Star profile.
Renamed all the Maker's Mark profiles in the fashion of (G) for my name, with the difficulty following, the star version, ToT for denoting tricks of the trade and CP requirement at the end.
example being (G) 1764 3Star ToT 470 CP.
edited names of profiles, post reflected to show name was changed again so profiles would appear at top of the list rather than bottom. because i dont like scrolling to click my profile lol

Updated 3Star 1651 Difficulty 437 Version with a slight improvement. where it would fail due to low synthesis.

One small issue with the 4 Star 470 CP profile.
My stats: Craftsmanship 1008, progress is 141 per CSII, CP 472
I seem to get stuck at step 31 when my progress is exactly 1825/1968. If the progress is lower or higher than 1825 that then the profile runs smoothly. If I perform a CSII manually then the rest of the profile will run smoothly.
Step 31 has a craft min/max of 1008/1017, and Progrmin = 1825 and that matched my stats, I couldn't figure out why it stalled.
Also on step 27 the name of the skill was incomplete: ["name"] = "cthesis II";
Not sure whether that was intentional, but it hasn't interfered with my crafting.

Still having issues with failing synthesis early or no action taken by the bot at all on the 4* and 3* profiles...
You mentioned previously that there's a portion where I can edit how much my CSII are doing?

Yeah, 1088 472 CP and all cross class skills listed. First time he tried and went through Flawless to CSII until around 1600ish progress and then to quality phase and tried to do the typical finisher but was short on progress by at least one CSII. Second and third times I tried it he used MM but wouldn't continue from there. I then manually hit Flawless until he picked it back up but it ended the same with progress not being enough.
