Condition = | NotUsed - YewLog - 08-27-2016

Anyone know how to add the condition option in a crafting skill profile?  I wanted to add a couple of Observe steps.  I can't select anything from the drop down and I see in the wiki tutorial entry for skill manager, in the crafting skills section, that it is possible.
