Default Bard Profile issues - Pastasauce87 - 04-28-2019
So I'm lvl 45 BRD currently. The default profile never uses barrage, second wind, or foe requiem.
I've been trying to figure out the triggers in the skill editor but I don't understand everything I'm looking at. Some of the 'effected by buff" triggers seem to have skill IDs that aren't even for this job.
...and I know for sure Second Wind is set to trigger at PLAYER HP < 70 but it never does.
Anyone know what's going on potentially?

Did you set the role skill to use it?

Buff ids arnt the same as skill ids.
