Monk Forbidden Chakra action ID Issue - Caldric - 08-25-2019
Forbidden Chakra ability on Monk has the wrong ID, causing it to not work properly without manually modifying the ID with a text editor. The default ID is 3546, however the actual functional ID is 3547. Again, you have to manually edit this ID in a Text/Code IDE/Editor in order to correct the issue.

all skills are read from the game not stored in a database so there is nothing to fix.
there are several skills where the name changes but the id stays the same such as the bio spells for summoner.
you just need to know how to look for some of the skills and sometimes fiddle with the settings to get them to display.
if all else fails, setup a skill in the editor, and cast the spell manually to get the cast id, then change it in the file.
