I've ran into problem where updater wont launch?? I'll run as admin but nothing happens. I've deleted the minion install completely and redo it and it'll work like that but that gets a lil annoying. The Launcher still works though.

The updater shouldn't be run after the first time you download the bot. The launcher will take care of updating automatically if any new stuff is released after that.
