Changing fighting - Unreal - 10-17-2013

Hello ,

I was wondering if an alternative implementation of fighting is planned to be added . Currently as far as I understand the movement thread hands over to the fighting thread as long as fighting criteria is met (has valid target to fight , is in combat , target in range) . While this works fine in most cases , it gets rather awkward in cases where target moves , appraoch -> in range -> switch to fight target -> target already in range -> apporach -> ..... .

Would it be plausible to have the fighter thread always active and ready and to simply pause the movement thread unless fighting requests other action ?
