The Follower will try to summon his/her mount while running, when the Leader is > the mount distance. Which cancels the action of summoning his mount.
The Leader will sometimes aggro 2-3 otherwise passive mobs, then run away to a different mob. Leaving the Follower (in my case, the healer) juggling them both.
When doing fates and grinding the Leader will break off of attacking and run after a fate. Leaving the Follower trying to clean up what he was attacking.
