Hi,
How can we toggle this on and off besides having to check and uncheck the box? We used to be able to do it buy simplying tapping the Ctrl key.

There's a "Shortcut manager", under General settings. You can use it to create your own hotkey.

Is there a way to add a "hide sprint icon" to the perma sprint? The free bolter speedhack app can do it, so if should be doable. sometimes one forgets he has permasprint on and joins a party for a hunt or something...

People dont see the buff all that "Free" program doesnis remove it client side. So you dont see it.
