I'm pretty sure yes. Steam Trial was working fine. I think it's not really bound to steam.

correct just dont launch the game through steam

At the end of march it's bound to steam, does the bot works with steam version? or do you plan an update for this?

Manual attach will for sure work. The auto-login might take a few days to figure out though.
