Hi, just purchase the product and using the mannual attach guide from this video because the auto launcher doesn't work for me either on FFXIV (I have one-time password setup for the game):

And got the ERROR: Injection failed error while I am in the game. I have no anti-virnus software or other gaming software running. Basicly just the game/mmominion and webbrowser. I have downed all last update addon of FFXIV Minion 64 as well.
