我买ff14月卡的时候,使用了qq邮箱,用支付宝付完款后,支付宝显示交易成功,但是minion给我的结果是:Dear Customer, thank you for your purchase.

You have chosen a non instant payment method. Your payment status is pending.
When your payment is completed, we will send your Subscription Keycode either to the EMAIL you provided to the Gate2Shop purchase page.
If you have any questions or problems, please open a ticket in the "Help & Support Center".

我去提交了下工单,工作人员给我的消息是在等待中,我支付宝已经付款成功,你们那边是不是没收到,我想问下该怎么解决。

說明我們沒收到款!收到款了,你郵箱裏至少有一封信!

我去找了下支付宝的客服,他们说钱已经过去了,让你们去查下支付宝商户服务查询,商户订单号 0009090002437136,麻烦你们查下是什么情况。
