about your nin profile Ace , raiton isnt launched, i have checked the skill manager, nothing i can see why it doesnt work , anything i have missed or something special to make it work ?

tested on a dummy w/o swapping target, and no movement

EDIT : ok found out why , in the skill kassatsu , its missing in next skill prio the number 16 , for raiton starter

You have done a lot of hard work for this ace and i really appreciate it. But, no matter what i do the live version has always done more dps on ninja by 30-40 dps. That may not sound like a big number but it really is.

When this first came out in one of your very first updates it was amazing i was even able to use my custom profiles. Then a week or so later it never worked right for me again. I have updated it every time you update it on dropbox just to try it out and see if there are any bugs to report. I have sent you PM's that i could not get ninjutsu to work at all.

With the most recent updates Ninjutsu works again for the most part but somehow I am still losing 30 dps after 2 hours of straight testing on a dummy with 7 minute intervals with both live version and this. Maybe theres something I am doing wrong with my own profiles that doesn't seem to work with your addon... I don't know. I have very limited knowledge I just use skill managers gui and change what i know.

Again please don't take this negatively I really do appreciate all the hard work into trying to improve something that definitely needs to be approved. But I don't think its nearly ready to go to the live version.
So using this skillmanager the bot seems to be attempting to weave two off gcd skills together inbetween a single GCD, while this is beneficial to some classes (bard mainly) it requires very low latency and causes issues for other classes. It's a huge problem for monk (at least for me due to latency) as it will try to use B4B and IR together which delays a GCD long enough to end up missing being able to fit 5 GCD's in perfect balance.

Is there anyway to avoid it doing this ?
@Mcdougall, I don't know what the issue is, but I have tested it backwards and forwards in bad conditions and good with unanimously better results. Maybe it's the profile you're using, maybe you've made some changes? I don't know to be honest.

@wycs, the best I could do is add an optional setting for it, because for 99% of people, there is not a benefit of doing this, and it will (for most people) affect DPS negatively.

At this point I need exact problems to work with like @Kyle's comment, which I will correct later. I wish I had time to go through and tweak profiles for hours for better DPS, but there's really no way I can replicate some of the latency issues and such.

That being said, there are couple more areas of DPS/rotation improvement I am still investigating, so, even when it's live, I'm not just going to wash my hands of it and be done with it.
Honestly it's probably not worth your time doing it, I can work around it as it's only a problem when Perfect Balance is being used.

I'm currently rebuilding my profile to work with this skill manager however I'm having issues getting it to activate buffs without first initiating combat, for example with an empty skill profile and only perfect balance with the following settings : http://i.imgur.com/XM7X6g0.png

The old skill manager with this activates the skill as soon as you are in range, the new one will do nothing till you start combat against the target. I also cannot get it to activate buffs such as any of the fist stances without first initiating combat. I've double checked with some of your other profiles and I'm not doing any different to what you're doing in those, I can get things to work fine on other classes it just seems to be Monk skills that I'm having this problem with.
In that picture you shared wycs you have it set to "in combat" under combat status. Have you tried changing that to "any"?

Yes I've tried both it makes no difference.

If someone else wants to test, just make a blank profile and try get Fists of Fire to activate without starting combat. I have no problem getting other classes skills which give buffs (Aetherflow for example) to activate without starting combat, it just seems to be monk skills.
From stock nothing in profile except fist of fire but mine has combat status "any" player target "any" and (player)missing buff "103"
That's weird, with an empty profile and only fists of fire with the following settings http://i.imgur.com/FYRSmSX.png it will not activate using the skill manager in the OP without first using a skill on the target.
