Is there a dungeon to farm tomes that does not require the main scenario to be completed. I have 3 level 40 fresh accounts with no story line completed. If not that is a lot of questing

The only tome farming dungeon that doesn't require story that I've found is WP. I haven't been able to unlock anything else on my fresh 50's except WP.
After some Google I found a BG post, and if you believe what it says, everything after WP (except those that require story to open) requires at least Praetorium be cleared.

all level 50 dungeons after WP will require you to have ultimate weapon complete there are a couple 8 mans Preatorium and CM. but the quest ultimate weaopn must be complete for 99% of lvl 50 content.
