When ever I get paralysis, I get this:
 You suffer the effect of Paralysis.
[15:33]Companion already summoned.
[15:33]Companion already summoned.
[15:33]Companion already summoned.

I have the companion summoned, but every time I get hit with Paralysis it starts to spam the companion. It's been happening ever since patch 2.5.

Yeh i get the same thing, guessing its just a bug
