After the latest mesh update I keep getting stuck, my toon will run into a corner and then just jump upp and down. I have unstuck enabled but it still only stands there jumping for hours, have experienced this both in quest and grind mode in multiple zones.

Did you delete the .nx2 like it said to? If you get stuck again, post a screenshot with show navmesh ticked.

I deleted the whole navigation folder to be safe. lol

then i would help if you could post a screenshot of the location it gets stuck, with the mesh turned on and the name map you are on.
