MMOMinion - Problem with Coerthas

I got a problem with Coerthas area,

When it enter the City(City zone in Coerthas) the bot became massive lag and then crash.
I don't have problem in other area. Already try another mesh didn't help.

Got this fix by disable Paranoid mode

The memory still leaking run for awhile and I got morethan 1.5 GB consumption

What setting do I use? When I use clean cache and trim process working set, sometime the bot stopped.
