It happens when equidistant (equal distances) FATEs spawn on both East and West side of the map, depending on your luck, it can trigger between 5min of FATE grinding or worse while you're Away-From-Keyboard.
Bot then goes into an infinite teleporting loop (my longest record was 30min of non-stop teleporting before I had to stop/restart bot) and can't decide which side to stick to.
