Needs a filter to turn on and off tornado kick (which is a very strategic move) and also needs fracture added. I'll play with it some more after raids and let you know if I have anymore feedback. Thanks!

There is some tornado kick settings. It will be used only while all buffs are on + Perfect balance CD up + BfB on.
What about Fracture - i do not use it. But ill add it later for others =)
