Alright guys, can somebody help me? After the bot connects to the game my window (where FFXIV is running) closes itself.

What have I done?

1) I have all updates for windows installed (checked three times if windows finds any new --> none so everything is up to date) --> CHECK

2) Install Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtime --> CHECK
Install Microsoft Visual c++ 2010 redist x86 --> CHECK
Install Microsoft Visual c++ 2012 redist x86 --> CHECK
Install Microsoft Visual c++ 2013 redist x86 --> CHECK
Install Microsoft .NET Framework --> CHECK

3) Uninstall any kind of graphic enhancing or overlay software. Examples are MSI Afterburner, AMD gamign evolved, SweetFX, EVGA Precision, Mumble overlay, Raptr Software, Bandicam or similiar. --> CHECK (since I have never used anything like this)

4) Restart your computer once. --> CHECK (actually did that at least 10 times)

5) Windows 7 users: Install Microsoft Security Essentials - Antivirus & Firewall --> CHECK

6) I disabled Windows Firewall and uninstalled my Security Software (so basically my system is open for everything)

Still it crashes. Btw. I am running Windows 7.

Have you allowed admin privileges?

I am running MINIONAPP.exe as admin. So yeah.

Edit: I get the "unknown software exception"-error. Any hints?

Edit2: Now it works without crashing. I had to change some folder settings and add - as you said - admin privileges. Thanks!
