Push back and Thrill of war are not working after being activated... had to pull from misc skills because would not detect after refreshing list.

Did you make sure you added them to the hotbars? Last I recall PVP skills don't work if you don't "equip" them or whatever.

Yes they are. The only pvp skill working for me are purify and full swing.

If the other skills aren't working but 2 of them are, then the profile is probably configured wrong.
