Just started to think about a crafter specialist rotation since SE said today that in 3.1 you'll need specialisations for a few new crafts.
Problem is i definitely need "Has Buffs" / "Missing Buffs" conditions in order to run the rotation with
"Whistle while you work" skill. It seems to be broken, or maybe i missed something?
I found an old post in Guild Wars II section with the same problem, but no answer.
SkillEditor_Crafting doesn't care about my buff condition for now. I don't use this for lower lvl crafting so first time i'm stuck with it.
Any idea?

Skill id is not buff id.

i have similar problem!
i have made a rotation for craft and work very well!
but i want insert beetwin precise step the possibility to use precise touch and trick of the trade and while steady hand 2 and waste not 2 are not on....how i can do this? can u help me pls?
Robert, this has been answered before, YOU CAN NOT USE STEPS and CONDITIONS together, so if you want to use ToT, you must set the whole profile based soley on Condtions NO STEPS, it must be if missing this buff use this skill, if have x amount of durablility left use this skill, if y% comepletion use this skill, or how many stacks of IQ. if you use step 1 use thsi skill step 2 use this skill, you cannot use random proc skills because then it will mess up the step count.
Well, you technically can use them together, but if you have steps that could possibly alter the rest of the profile, then you have to take that into account for all steps going forward, essentially splitting the profile into branches of things that could occur. You may end up with a very lengthy profile you have lots of conditional branches and you want to factor in step count as well. I've done a few profiles this way, but like I say, it can make for quite a lengthy profile even with only a single branch.

- whistle while you work stacks <

- progress % >

yes they can work together if you have a very long profile like ace has and its very complicated to get it to work correctly, But robert has little understanding of how the bot works and english barrier on top of that. Trying to explain in great detail how to accomblish that would be a great undertaking. the avg user wont be using both, they use either or.
