Hello !

I have a problem with accent when i try to gather some mats in french client.
For example the " é " is decoded to \xc3\xa9 but nothing happen, no gathering.



I think it's an utf-8 problem.
The solution for the moment is swicth my client to english and write the word in english or put in the content ID the number of the item slot.

not sure where you get the c3 a9 from , but that is not utf8, its url encoded. utf8 only has one byte per char, hence the 8.

I'm 100% sure and i tryed with different word and it's same.

No issues either way. So how are you entering the name? On my keyboard I have to use alt+0233 to enter the e with acute, but maybe your keyboard encodes it differently being a native language?

I got a french keyboard as you can see on the pic, i don't to use alt+0233 for the é, just use the 2 button on the line.
