Not an expert on teleporting and I wouldn't recommend it but I think it is under Settings - Hacks - Teleport... However, Considering that you say everyone else teleports I will assume that you had seen them and they have Paranoid disabled.

I think he means that he has teleport enabled, but it is not working when gathering unspoiled nodes.
