this is very odd, i been crafting like crazy lately and havent had any of these issues pop up, are you running any extra addons or anything?

No. The only addons I am using are from the App Store. I have been using various lua profiles and stock lua profiles from off the forums. My issue seems to have been resolved though. Thank you.

same issue in FFXIV KR and it is not fixed yet

You should make sure you have the newest update, re-start MinionApp to verify no new updates.
