Not sure if this is the place to post this, but anyway;

I purchased a new key and a few paid addons last night. The payments have fully processed in both Paypal and my bank, however I still haven't received my keys to activate the bot.

if you can't send the keys out today, go ahead and cancel my orders and refund me. I'm not exactly happy about this.

please open a ticket in the Help & Support center and put your g2s order id and/or the email you used to buy in there.

It would be better for you to post a ticket in the help center with the order id, you would receive help faster.
