this happening to me when bot go doing hunt log on sebbs profile not always but about 50 / 50
bumping this up, still happens ace. same problem as mentioned before.
Have ace looking into it atm.
Bad news is he may need to rewrite the teleport stuff.

Posted up a new round of fixes, this should work correctly now..
Feedback: Looks like the bug was squished Ace, good job! Will still look into it for a couple of hours. :)
