something like if i want to grind iron Ore . or is there any guild i can make one.

Go to the Gathering section,the one thing it doesn't explain is that you put the name of the item you want to grind in Item Priority 1.

you need to read how to set up each marker in the marker manager tutorial, the gathering tutorial says to make sure to read the markermanager tutorial.
