i have bin playing ffxin for 2 month now and I'm thinking about get a bot for Gather it's worth to use bot because i don't how oft ppl get ban in ffxiv any idea how things work around here

Nothing is 100% safe when you are using 3rd party software. However, for harvesting, crafting, and even grinding this bot has a very low ban rate. The bot behaves naturally so it is hard to tell if someone is botting. You have to be trying really hard by teleporting or botting the same spot for a few days in order to have a higher chance of getting banned.
If you're just using it for "Normal" gameplay it's fine.
By normal, I mean anything that a regular player would do. Grind fates, Gather, Craft, etc etc. Some people use the bots in tandem with each other to run the same dungeon over and over, doing that for days at a time is more likely to get you flagged and/or banned.
