Any idea if it's just missing in the bot or on my side?

ARM level 50 skill.

Has anyone had issues with crafting.    While being on alchemist  the ability waste not II (ID 285) doesnt seem to work.    In the 'Skillbook' It wont load up, however Waste Not I appears.   Both skills are cross class skills and I dont have Waste Not I cross classed.    I dont know if theres anything useful below. but this is what shows up when I try and use a profile with Waste Not II with no conditions (nothing)




I'm pretty sure this worked after patch.  Maybe I'm mistaken.   It seems like the cross class skills for certian ID's arent registering / have been changed / voodoo happened. 



I also noticed that the same thing applies for Rapid Synthesis on Alchemist (Skill ID 100033).
