so i am leveling leatherworking..
i am trying to get steady hand II to hit when its ready..

i tried using missing buff with the # but not working.. 

can someone explain how this works.

i have checked the wiki but dont see anything on this

the # has to be teh buff id not the skill id, the buff id is different then skill id.

here is a video as well, you can set crafting via steps as well, instead of condition based.
