THIRD EDIT (sorry): Great news. It seems like turning off High Performance Mode on the ACR actually helps with the Mudra. I guess it was simply trying to cast faster than my latency could handle.
Another thing that I've noticed is that Katon is set to be used at 3 or more mobs, but will still use it when there are 2. This also isn't really that big of a deal.
Also, as sxiong86 said, it will still use Shukuchi even when the box is unchecked. EDIT: This actually only happens to me on training dummies. I've yet to have it cast Shukuchi when in an actual fight.

Unless you have fantastic ping, it's definitely worth it to use wtfast, since it's the only one i know of that works well with minion. Just make sure you use a manual server. Katon is at 2+ enemies is a dps increase over say using fuma or raiton at that point. If you have shukuchi unchecked, it will only use it on striking dummies and in pvp.

I looked at the wikis and addon information page, but couldn't find a clear answer. Will Haru work under "Grind" mode instead of "Assist" mode? If it works, do I need to set my skill profile to "None"? Sorry about the newbie question. I appreciate your kind guidance as always. Thank you!

Every combat ACR i have used work in both modes, the only difference between the skill profiles and ACR profiles is that ACR are highly and easily customizable and the authors keep them pretty well up to date with the best possible rotations. Having a skill profile selected doesnt matter, i set them to none just so it looks cleaner but ACR's override skillprofiles.
