Must be missing something, it used to work fine in HW areas 50-60.
Max fate lvl in marker set to 30, single or team marker mode same behavior.
Set fate setting in main area of bot to max 30 as well, still goes over to 32-45 lvl fates.
Happening on both myself and wifes bot set to grind > fates only
First in Aleport, starting going to the NW corner fates, switched to quarry mill and same issue.
