I have bought the gw2 bot and have fell in love with it. As I have wanted to try mmominion with ffxiv also. Not trying to be cheap, but would one key or subscription work for both games or am I looking at another subscription for ffxiv?

you will need a ffxiv minion key, so yes, it is an additional subscription.
