It's not a speed hack like everyone seems to think it is, speed hack wont let you do actions any faster, they just get interrupted or wont fire if you're casting too fast, any ideas on how to replicate it?

i know, Hook64 from Sorien got "small" hack for cooldowns :) but it's not working anymore he said he will update it with Stormblood release again.
