Is the duty of the Palace of the Dead somewhere?

Nope. It's not a duty, and you can't mesh it. There is too much random things. You can use free Party Follow Assist lua for farming 10 first floors.
Also 32bit app is not supported anymore, so there is no duty mode anymore. For now :)
