I have some weird behaviour today, to bot injects fine and starts to connect, then I shortly see the popup for the queue (something like 6xx in queue), but the bot continues to login, and then hangs forever in the "now Loading" screen... looks like it isn't waiting for the queue to finish?

It is because you normally CAN skip a queue, but not on a big patch /expansion.
As soon you see it is trying to logon, push Pause and login manually through the queue.
