Currently running Grind on Dark Knight. Have Stun and Silence set to Any Cast (PVE).
It seems that these skills are never used.
ACR: VoidSB
Level: 50-60 range
Skills: Interject, Low Blow
Stuns: Green in Quick Toggle
Haven't tested other Stuns and Silences on other classes yet.
