I first purchased the FFXIV 30day serial code.

It showed up in my email and works just fine but then I ordered the addons for 1-50 and accidentally purchased another 30 days of the bot which are both activated now...oops.

So my question is why isn't the addon on showing up?  And can we pause this other subscription so it's not being wasted?

I finally figured that part out.
My only issue now is wasting the one 30 day keycode that I accidentally activated..hoping to get that resolved :)
