The last update was to support win 10 spring creators update, its becoming more and more difficult to support windows 7 with the last bunch of updates they push out. I will try something but it may cause weird crashes here and there while running

It became unusable after that.
The OS is WIN 764 bits.
Win7 update is disabled.
Update minionapp and try again.

now running, what helped me:
complete uninstallation with reboot of the OS of the bot. Afterwards changing the 3rd party AV from antivir and immunet to 360 security. white-listening the file and directions of the minion BEFORE installing. afterwards clean installation of the minion with a new reload of all party of the application.
