Does the bot works well with more than 1 FFxiv client open at the same time? or this isn't supported yet?

Yes it does. Start the launcher again and it's gonna ask you which process to load to.

but how do u launch more than 2? it doesnt work for me.

Just start launcher again and select the other process to attach it to.
ex. A -> FFXIV Window 1,
B -> FFXIV Window 2, etc.
